Why Choose PINVERO

Practical support at every step of your custom product project.

Flexible MOQ Options

We quote based on your actual quantity. Sampling and small-batch orders are assessed individually, and one-piece customization is considered with higher unit costs and any sampling or tooling fees stated upfront.

Material & Craftsmanship Guidance

We explain how each material and process behaves — look, feel, durability, cost and MOQ impact — so you choose what fits your product and budget instead of guessing.

Custom Design Support

We review your artwork and product drawings, flag production risks early, and help you prepare print-ready files and clear specifications.

Clear Quotation Process

Every quotation is itemized: material, process, finish, packaging, MOQ, sampling and tooling costs. You see exactly what you are paying for before you commit.

Quality-Focused Production Coordination

We coordinate production with supply chain partners and check key quality points — material, dimensions, finish, printing and packaging — before shipment.

International B2B Communication

Clear, straightforward communication for overseas buyers, with WhatsApp and email follow-up at every stage of the project.

Quality Assurance

Key quality points are checked before your products ship.

  • Material check — Incoming materials are verified against the confirmed specification, including metal grade, glass type, paper weight, wood grade and fabric.
  • Dimension check — Size, thickness, capacity and key dimensions are measured against the approved drawing or sample.
  • Surface & finish check — Plating, enamel, printing, engraving and coating are inspected for color, coverage, adhesion and defects.
  • Assembly & function check — Back attachments, closures, pumps, handles and hardware are checked for function and fit.
  • Packaging check — Individual packaging, cartons and labeling are checked for protection and compliance with your instructions.
  • Pre-shipment report — A photo report of the packed goods is provided before shipment, so you can see what is leaving the factory.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your MOQ?

MOQ depends on the product, design, material and process. Small-batch and one-piece customization are assessed individually during quotation, and any higher unit costs or extra sampling and tooling fees are stated clearly.

Can I order a sample first?

Yes. Samples are arranged after artwork and specifications are confirmed. Sampling costs and lead times depend on the design and are shown in your quotation.

What are tooling / mold fees?

Mold fees are a one-time cost for the die or mold used to shape your custom product. They depend on design complexity, size and material, and are listed separately in the quotation.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

Vector files such as AI, PDF and SVG are preferred. High-resolution JPG and PNG also work. If you only have a sketch or photo, send it and we will guide you on next steps.

What is your production lead time?

Lead time depends on the product, quantity, and whether a mold or sample is required. It is confirmed in the quotation once your specifications are clear.
