What is your MOQ?
MOQ depends on the product, design, material and process. Small-batch and one-piece customization are assessed individually during quotation, and any higher unit costs or extra sampling and tooling fees are stated clearly.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. Samples are arranged after artwork and specifications are confirmed. Sampling costs and lead times depend on the design and are shown in your quotation.
What are tooling / mold fees?
Mold fees are a one-time cost for the die or mold used to shape your custom product. They depend on design complexity, size and material, and are listed separately in the quotation.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
Vector files such as AI, PDF and SVG are preferred. High-resolution JPG and PNG also work. If you only have a sketch or photo, send it and we will guide you on next steps.
What is your production lead time?
Lead time depends on the product, quantity, and whether a mold or sample is required. It is confirmed in the quotation once your specifications are clear.
How do you ship international orders?
We ship by sea, air or express depending on your destination, weight and schedule. Shipping cost and method are confirmed during quotation.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment terms depend on the order value, product and destination. Common arrangements include bank transfer (T/T) with a deposit and balance before shipment; exact terms are confirmed per order.
Can you produce my design with one piece or a very small quantity?
One-piece and small-quantity customization are considered on a case-by-case basis. They may involve higher unit costs and additional sampling or tooling fees, which we always state before you commit.
How do you control quality?
We check materials, dimensions, surface finish, assembly, printing and packaging before shipment, and provide a pre-shipment photo report. Inspection depth is agreed before production.
Can you help me choose materials and processes?
Yes. We recommend materials, processes and finishes based on your design, budget and usage, and explain how each option looks, feels and costs.
Do you handle packaging and custom inserts?
Yes. Individual packaging, cartons, inserts and labeling are coordinated with your order and confirmed during quotation.
Is PINVERO a factory?
PINVERO coordinates production with Chinese supply chain partners. We focus on material selection, craftsmanship guidance, specification confirmation and quality coordination. We do not publish unverified claims about factory size, capacity or certifications.
Are your products plastic-free / eco-friendly?
We do not claim that any product is fully plastic-free, eco-friendly, recyclable or has specific safety properties unless the material and composition have been verified for your specific order. Ask us about the material composition of the exact item you need.
