Shipping Information

PINVERO ships custom product orders worldwide from China. The shipping method, cost and delivery time depend on your destination, order weight and schedule.

1. Shipping methods: sea freight (economical for large orders), air freight (balanced speed and cost), and express courier (fastest, for samples and small parcels). The best method is confirmed during quotation.

2. Delivery time: express shipments typically arrive fastest; sea freight takes longer but is more economical for bulk quantities. Exact delivery windows are confirmed per order.

3. Incoterms: trade terms such as EXW, FOB and DDP are agreed per order. When terms are not stated, quotes are generally provided on the basis agreed in writing before production.

4. Customs and duties: import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

5. Packaging: products are packed for safe transit with individual packaging, cartons and labeling confirmed during quotation.
